Accessibility Statement for the Website

Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Faculty of Law and Administration, declares that the website “13th Annual Conference on Innovation and Communication Law (CICL) – Marketplace for innovation, ideas and technologies – roles and responsibilities” located at https://cicl2023.amu.edu.pl/ is in conformity with the provisions of the Act of 4 April 2019 on digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities.

Statement prepared on: February 14, 2023.

Publication date: February 14, 2023.

Last significant update date: February 14, 2023.

Status in terms of compliance with the law: The website is partially compliant with the Act on Digital Accessibility of Public Entities’ Websites and Mobile Applications due to the non-compliance or exclusions listed below.

Content unavailable
– not all movies have subtitles for people with hearing disabilities
– some images do not have alternative text
– lack of proper heading structure of the articles
– PDF, DOC files, etc. – editors try to minimize the use of such files and embed texts directly on the website. A separate issue is the correct formatting of files so that they are accessible (e.g. they should have a tag structure, i.e. tagging)
– the website contains PDF documents that were created on the basis of poorly prepared word documents (they do not have a well-marked logical structure) – or are scans of documents. As far as possible, we will correct it and make every effort to ensure that new documents are prepared correctly.
Exclusions
maps are excluded from the obligation to ensure accessibility

The declaration was made on the basis of a self-assessment.

This statement is compliant with the model statement of accessibility prepared by a public entity as set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Digital Affairs of September 23, 2019 on the model statement of accessibility and the method of its publication.
